| What is the refund policy for deposit payment? |

After making a deposit payment, you may have up to two weeks or until 2 days before your arrival (whichever is earlier) to decide if you would like to keep the booking. If cancellation is within the said period, we will refund 90% of the first day charge to you. Please note that the deposit payment includes 10% of the entire stay + 90% of the first day.
