COSMIC GUEST HOUSE POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS WE DO NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY BOOKING. Booking made for same day or next day arrival will be automatically rejected without notification. The outstanding amount must be paid in full upon your arrival. The booking deposit includes the charges for the first day. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. In the event of "no show", the remaining balance card will be charged on your card (if not already been charged) Should your credit card expire or your credit card details change prior to arrival, please contact us directly with the amended details. CHECK-IN

Check-in time begins after 1:00pm. Early check-in can be requested, and may only be granted when associated rooms become available.?Customer is required to present a valid photo ID and to complete a registration form.

A key deposit of HK$100 (for daily) or HK$500 (for monthly rental) is required for each pair of keys. The deposit will be returned to the customer when keys are returned upon checkout.

Full payment of the room(s) reserved must be settled upon checking in. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

UNRESERVED EXTENSION

For an occupant who wishes to extend his or her stay, room charge must be paid before 11:00 a.m. on the day of extension. If an occupant fails to make payment prior to 11:00 a.m., Cosmic Guest House reserves the right to remove the occupant's belongings and rebook the room. Cosmic Guest House does not guarantee unpaid or unreserved room availability and price.

CHECKOUT

Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Late checkout is subject to room availability. A half-day charge will be applied if checking out after 11:00 a.m. and a full-day charge will be applied if checking out after 5:00 p.m. The payment must be made in advance. Cosmic reserves the right to remove an occupant's belongings from the room and rebook the room if an occupant fails to notify and pay in advance. If an occupant is intended to depart in the morning before 7:30 a.m., please check out at the reception desk before 10:30 p.m. on the previous night.

LUGGAGE STORAGE FEE

First day – each registered customer can store 1/2 m3 size of luggage until 6:00p.m. for free. A charge of HK $20 per piece of luggage per day will be applied afterwards.

Please note that Cosmic Guest House is not responsible for any loss during the storage. Customers are advised to bring all valuables with them at all times. In the event of forgotten luggage, Cosmic Guest House will hold the luggage for 7 days from the date of discovery. Other items left behind will be discarded.

CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

If a customer wishes to change or cancel a reservation, this must be done by phone, email, or in person. Changes and cancellation made by email is only valid when customer receives a confirmation email from Cosmic.

COSMIC'S RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Cosmic Guest House reserves the right to change or modify a reservation in case of circumstances caused by conditions beyond control that cannot be predicted, avoided or rectified.

COSMIC'S RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTION

Paid accommodation unit can have the option to be substituted by another accommodation unit. In some occasions, Cosmic will offer customers such an option in advance. Once such an agreement has been made, Cosmic reserves the right to relocate a customer's belongings without notifying the customer upon the availability of the targeted room. In cases when a substitute accommodation unit becomes unavailable, Cosmic Guest House reserves the right to cancel the substitution. The balance (if any) must be made before 11:00 a.m. of the day of substitution.

STANDARD SERVICE & CLEANING

The reception desk is open from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Occupants must carry their keys with them at all times; receptionists are not available after 12:30 a.m.

Bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels are provided in each room upon check-in. They will be changed every three days. Clean bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels are available for $20 a day upon request.

INTERNET ACCESS

Internet access is available in all Cosmic Guest House rooms either through WiFi and/or Ethernet Cable. Customers who require free Internet access in a specified location must consult reception staff prior to check-in.

Computer terminals are available for a fee. Customers need to purchase an Internet access card at the reception desk. Customers must log out their accounts at the end of their Internet sessions to stop the usage timer. Cosmic Guest House is not responsible for the loss of access value in any circumstances.

PROPERTY REGULATIONS

Visitors are not allowed in the guest house between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. The number of occupants must not exceed the number that was provided on the registration form.

Occupants are advised to keep noise level at a minimum at all times, especially between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Occupants must not cause disturbances for other occupants in any circumstances.

Smoking is prohibited in all Cosmic Guest House rooms at all times. Guests found smoking in guest's room will be charged HK$100 per day.
Please keep the door locked at all times. Occupants are advised to bring all valuables with them at all times. Cosmic Guest House is not responsible for damaged, destroyed, or lost luggage, or for the theft of luggage or valuables in areas that are accessible by the general public.

A HK$100 cleaning service fee will be charged when any food, drink, or other type of stains are found on the bed sheets/pillowcase/towels. Please ensure all furniture is in good condition before checking out, otherwise a compensation charge will be imposed. The charge is determined by the manager.
Pets are not permitted in any guest room at any time. Occupants can ask for assistance in locating local pet boarding.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

All occupancies must evacuate the building to a safe area in the speediest manner. Cosmic Guest House will not be responsible for the loss of any property in case of an emergency.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO , OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT .
