Cosmic Guest House Rental Agreement

To enforce Cosmic Guest House's Ownership of the property and to protect Cosmic Guest House s right under this agreement, Customer agrees Cosmic Guest House may re-take the property at any time and for such purpose. Cosmic Guest House or its representative may enter upon the premises of Customer who hereby waives any right of action against Owner for such retaking or entry.
By placing an order with Cosmic Guest House, you understand and agree to enter into the following lease terms with Cosmic Guest House:

1. Disclaimer – Every effort is made to assure descriptions and prices are correct. Cosmic Guest House reserves the right to correct errors as needed. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
   It is understood and agreed that this personal property (sometimes herein called "equipment"), is leased to Customer by said Cosmic Guest House and will be used by the Customer for the stated period and only for the purposes for which this equipment was manufactured and intended. Use for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner is prohibited.  Customer represents that Customer is familiar with this equipment and knowledgeable as to its proper use.
   It is acknowledged that said equipment was personally inspected and examined by Customer and found to be in first class condition when received.

2. Rental period is for the duration of calendar days noted on the invoice. The first day of the rental period begins the day you pick up the item.  The equipment must be return to us during business hours on or before 6pm on the last day of the rental.

3. Late returns are charged an additional 3-day rental fee. Renter agrees that said fee will be charged upon return. In the event the rental is not returned 5 days after the due date, the customer’s cash deposit will be surrendered. 
   The Customer agrees that on the date "return date", will immediately return the rented equipment and all attachments and parts belonging thereto to the office of the Cosmic Guest House in the same condition the same was received, ordinary wear and depreciation excepted, and Customer agrees to pay for any loss or damage said equipment occasioned during the lease period, as additional rental.

4. Damage or Loss of the equipment during the rental period is entirely the renter’s responsibility.
   In the event of loss of the equipment, customer agrees to pay the replacement cost of the equipment to Cosmic Guest House.
   In the event of damage to the equipment, customer agrees to pay actual repair costs at the appropriate factory service center or replacement cost if the item is failed to repair. 
   Cosmic Guest House expressly reserves the right to choose the repair method and venue, within reasonable market value terms.  Customer and Cosmic Guest House r agree to be bound, legally and otherwise, by the report of Cosmic Guest House 's chosen repair venue as to the cause of the damage to the equipment. If the customer refused to pay for the said fee, the cash deposit will be surrendered.

5. Liability –Cosmic Guest House. does not assume, and the customer indemnifies Cosmic Guest House against, any liability or claims resulting from use or malfunction of the equipment. The customer assumes all liability that may arise from use or failure of the equipment.

6. Ownership – The equipment remains at all times the sole and exclusive property of Cosmic Guest House. The renter has no rights or claims to the equipment. Cosmic Guest House. does not have or make any claim to images made by the renter while using said equipment.
